Lets say: in an accident whereby the driver of e car is entirely at fault and he wishes to do private settlement-

 

both particulars exchanged-

 

both party agree n the sum of money was given to e rider and it ended there-

The next day e driver called to come down to meet him and sign this "dunno what letter" thingy(insurance perhaps) and the rider sign it due to him being a noob and first time met with an accident-e driver took photos of e damage also but not e rider-

 

after which both went off and never see each other again

 

 

Any idea if e driver can backstab e rider and claim from him?? if he does there ought to be some letter from insurance company or so right??happened early last year till now no letter come means it is indeed settled privately right??

Usually the "dunno what letter" is an agreement that the accident have been be privately settled over $XXX amount between the two party and no further claim will be filed to either party's insurance.

 

if ur friend doesn't have a copy, it's up to the driver to backstab.

ok i will take pic asap then will upload it...the thread is similar to Baittlax..i tested to corner semi deep so far so good maybe if its totally season already then will try deeper hehe..so far so good and its cheap.

Last time i bought this tyre from JB, brand is acme. The rubber feels promising before buying and still sticky after a number of serious cornering. BUT THEN AH... came the "cancerous" part. The tyres started bloating lah! One bubble, another one, then another one. Back tyre also kena. CB, i used it for nearly 2 months only.

 

Thank god only RM65 front and back. haha. So here i am, still stuck with my IRC wings gold series

Hi guys im riding wave S here. Got some problems.

 

My bike's vibration is VERY strong , strong until when i pillion pple the feet will numb. Whats the problem and how much to solve it(in jb)?

 

Another is when i press my front brake, when slowing down the bike goes jerky, i think is the brakedisc spoilt. How much to replace it in jb?

 

Lastly is when at slow speed, i try to let go both hand, handlebar will move left right left right.

Hi bro..i think no need take picture ald..i compared the thread to the my friend Baittlax its very similar only that for FKR its slightly thicker..anyway its made in thailand using japan technology..

Brake disk u can the oversize one at JB for 150rm..but would advise to get the original one as the oversize one is crappy..

1) Vibration = check wheel bearing and cone bearing

 

2) Ur brakedisc is probably warped.

 

3) Slow speed headshake = either cone bearing damaged badly or front fork misaligned/leaking/damage or wheel bearing damaged.

 

Chances are ur wave have been in an serious accident before.
