Hi squarebox,

Need ur help here!!

What is ur comment/review for Wave using BT39SS 90/80 for front and 90/80 for rear also...meant for cornering or please advise?? Thanks.

Secondly, what is best for spocket's setup for top end with slightly average accelaration?

Thanks

no need 90/80 also can corner:angel:

im using 70/80 front and back plus standard footrest but still corner like hell:cheeky:

my opinion if u want to go for battlax-

go for 80/90 front and back-

seriously 90/80 way too heavy for a clutchless no mods bike:faint:

-sprocket-

ive tried size 34 35 36- thats the only 3 sizes so far they have for wave from wat ive asked la-

difference?? none at all- all three sizes seems the same to me-

top end 120km/h for standard wave- cant go anymore-

So to sum up-the sprockets itself doesnt make wonders:thumb:

I'm using 80/90 front and 90/80 rear

Like Sprinta03 said 90/80 is way to heavy for wave.

it's unless weight to carry on our 125cc when it's impossible to use to the edge(it means u will have ugly chicken strips)

I planning to change to 70/90front and 80/90rear IRC racing series once my battlax(abt 5000km+ life left) is finished.

Just an update:

My noise pollution issue:

I went to inspection centre and VICOM ask me to go home as racing footrest is confirm fail.

Luckily the guy nice enough to ask me go back if not my bike will fail and be impounded instantly.

I bought a whole set of original footrest. $128.40(still short of 4 more screws).

Going for inspection this weekend.

Lesson learnt:

- Vicom is super strict and will fail racing footrest.

- STA is more relaxed.

- SG is F'úp so it's better to leave EVERYTHING STOCK.

- Cancel ALL plan of buying future bike or anything else.

- Save around 20k and start a new life overseas.

front 80/90 rear 90/80 is the standard size to use-

my 125z last time use 90/80 front and back-bestest:thumb:

why i implement 80/90 front & rear is becos wave got no clutch-

its a big pull for this machine to carry that 90/80 front & rear weight:nono:

summore if even ur on racing footrest you cant go any lower on wave due to the pipe on your right-on your left it will hit ur sidestand/mainstand-

Been there done that-:sian:

so basically no point either-

Bestest tyres for our cub!! no denying it- no need depend on reviews:angel:

tyre life-

-depends on how u maintain your air pressure to avoid lumps-:slapforehead:

-how your corner,if not it'll become square shaped-:faint:

-size: the smaller the tyre the faster it wears out-

like mine currently on 70/80 use 2months going botak liao-

for battlax most to most give you 4 to 6months if you regularly go out-

due to the stickiness. . .if not it'll last long-

my battlax ran 12000km and still have around 4000+km more b4 botak.

I pump tires very time i pump petrol.

Lump still appear in thread.

thanks for the info guys. how come lumps will form in the threads?

i pump every week or so, current tyres around 16000km. after friends pointed out that tyres gonna need changing soon, dont dare to down gear at higher speed already. esp on wet road cos experienced some slipping before.

i have a noob question to ask. now im using 70/90 front, 80/90 rear. so if i change tyres and intend to use the same rims, can i change tyre size or needa stick with the same sizes? :? hahaha
