Once i had 3 bikes (1 was laid-up) and a car till i cannot tahan "feed" them, then tragic begins...

seriously... i wouldnt get a car in sg, too unpractical and expensive to maintain.... unless i'm bloody damn rich and finding ways to spend my cash, then yes...

either that or if there is a need, for instance parents cant walk and need to frequent hospitals and stuff... probably...

but just wondering...

1) would u choose a ducati over a car?????? i noe i would!!!

2) what if the car is a gtr skyline, would u chose the duck or the gtr??? :cheeky:

anyone has ever faced charging problem before? i suspect my coil is BURNT/SPOILT.

fuses are ok...bike cannot even start with battery disconnected.

how much to replace coils in JB?

had it repaired today...cost me 240rm, for a new coil.

when coil spoil, apart from batt not charging, head light and taillight wouldnt work. signal, brake light, and engine would continue running till battery drains out.

Don't just break your laptimes, SHATTER them!!

Once a biker, always a biker. The blood runs in you. But i will get both duckie and GTR.

But for the duckie, i would trade for a CB1000R. I am still very japanese in terms of bike. :p

But judging from the way u corner, 60/100 would have used up when u r 30/100% on the bends.

I'm using dunlop (god knows what model) 60/100 70/90 on my bike and still can corner well. can always scrap stock footrest.

it's not the width that adds cornering ability.

watch supermoto and u can see why.

Not the width, then it must be the side walls. :cheeky:

Hi fellow riders,

I've just gotten my class 2b license and i'm considering getting a bike for commuting to school. Since i'm not currently working, how much will a 2nd hand wave, probably ard 3-5 years old cost, and how much will be the monthly running costs?

Thanks.

Wouldn't S4 rear suspension will be too stiff for the little Wave? o_O

What is your monthly budget for the bike? U should work backwards instead of working towards a certain targeted bike. :btw: 3 or 5 year old bikes' price is a lot of difference. :cheeky:

At constant 80kmh max, 50km/L is possible.

At constant 100kmh max, 35km/L-40km/L is possible.

The data is very dependent on bike and rider conditions as i have found out.

when u blip, u can dump clutch(gear lever). i had chopped off the heel section of my gear pedal....so its a GP style gear lever now.
