i was one told by a mech tat faulty clutch on wave causes, bike to loose speed at high rpm....can anyone confirm this?

 

i dun want to waste too much money on repairs

200rm ++ for top overhual...

 

400-600rm for full overhual... depending on what needs to be changed..

usually how many km than you guys change your engine oil? just curious.

 

I change every 2500km using motul 300v...

i believe the $10 type must change every 1000km

when u blip, u can dump clutch(gear lever). i had chopped off the heel section of my gear pedal....so its a GP style gear lever now.

ur using standard or racing footrest-

 

seen a chopped off racing footrest over at the gear shifter part on a 125z before-

Isn't tat call clutch slipping if the engine revs increase but the bike speed doesnt. . .

 

From wat i know la tat is(correct me if im wrong)

 

more or less the clutch system thingy works the same way on any bike-

Unless u have a rpm meter, if not u also cant tell if it is really losing speed. For a slipping clutch, low or high speed at higher rpms, it will still lose speed. :sian:

I always believe it's very much mileage dependent. Of coz, you cannot park the bike for a year and expect the oil to be fresh as new even if u dont use it. My thumb of rule is 2000km or 6 months max. :cheeky:
