Actually, it doesn't work this way. The POSB Debit card discount is depending on the company. The discount is written on the cashier counter, there are flat rates,sometimes can be adjusted.

I use posb "GO" debit card and get additional 3% on top of the 5% discount.

If they ask you nets or master, just tell them use master.

u can also use safra card if u are a member to gain more discounts but i dont quite like spc petrol. feels kinda rough on my engine. just my thoughts

SPC discount is like this:

 

SPC card/SAFRA card (acts as SPC card): 5%

Pump more than $50 of petrol last month +1%, +2% if you pump >$100

Use POSB/DBS credit card/debit card +3% (any such mastercard from POSB/DBS including GO, "P" card, etc)

Use POSB "Everyday" card +1%

 

So if your monthly consumption is over $50 and you use POSB Everyday Credit card, you get 10% discount from pump price... which is already quite low.
