Liverpool rocks.

Riding isn't my hobby.When i ride,i feel at one with my bike.It's a passion,a way of life. .

Unlike a car driver,a biker is exposed to the wind, rain, heat, flying insects and vehicle fumes, all which make the ride a total sensory experience.

The control and foucs needed on the road remove all cares from my mind, while negotiating sharp bends is the most exhilarating and exciting. . .

Mourinho 2 Seasons with Porto.

Won both the Portugese League in 2 seasons. Won the UEFA cup in the 1st Season and won the Champions League in the 2nd Season. They weren't the best team out there. But honestly, if you look at Mourinho's background, he wasn't a soccer player, but since he was a teenager, we prefer to manage his team of friends than to play with them. So it just goes to show.

Chelsea is rich and money can buy players. But if you compared the calibre of Barcelona last season which was still quite strong, though now much stronger. It was really the tactical knowledge that allow Chelsea to win. Though maybe Mourinho does talk to much. But well, its part of the Mind games. We've played Championship Manager Before and now Football Manager, we do make comments to stir up a little trouble sometimes. :cheeky:

Yesh. He's very cocky in his words.

As a sportsman, if you're not professional and if your team include Players like the old Roy Keane. (I feel he was good, however, he's too violent in the past. Just like the current Wayne Rooney) People like Mourinho can really stir up the entire team's morale even if just 1 of the 11 players on the pitch is affected. What Mourinho says already piss us off, what do you think some players in Arsenal or Manchester United feel when he says things about them. If supporters of Machester United and Arsenal and Liverpool is not happy with him, much less the players. Just need 1 player like the old Roy Keane or Wayne Rooney to play dirty or filled with resentment, his performance is affected. And 1 player has affected morale, the rest of the team is hard to concentrate too because that 1 player does stupid stuff on the pitch.

Ah James, you're asking about how to unsettle players in Championship Manager or in Real life?

money comes success hahahah

ask him to manage southanpton or sunderland without the cheque book la

see he can do it

win CL onli ya ya

I think if he handle Sunderland or Southamton, he can keep them in Top flight football. Won't win immediately, but he'll survive. But who inthe right mind who started of the career well, would want to take such a team. It might ruin his reputation. You wouldn't see Louis Van Gaal taking Millwall or something when he's already up there, high and respected. So its also that he had a lucky break and good start.

Oh. The Championship Manager thingy, if you want to unsettle the player, just keep bidding low bids, the club will reject, if they actually do accept your bid, means its too high! Haha. The player will get unsettled if he wants to join you, and his club is preventing him from doing so, and the player will start to voice out, and the media will come in and all hell breaks loose. You can start making Media remarks. But the team morale doesn't really affect that much, but that player's morale will be low.

surprisingly, jose has a lot of respect from people in the know - as long as you know how to read into what he's saying and distinguish between press rubbish and psychological propanganda.

he has done 2 of the worst possible scenarios in team building and winning things: with no money, the other with a lot of money. its generally assumed that rich = winning. look harder at the other examples that failed. too many to list.

jose is good, but not great (yet). but if he builds a dynasty at chelsea... its a different story.

while i'm not a chelsea fan, he is the one of the best thing that happen in the league. but since, its about who you hate most. everyone is entitled to his own opinions.

Its true. To each is his own opinion. I personally feel even with money, though you can buy a whole squad including Reserves of Superstars, its not going to be easy to keep everyone happy, which he seems to be able to accomplish thus far. For those who plays FM, you'll know how it feels to have so many stars and have to squad rotate them till they get unhappy. So that's how much pressure Mourinho is under as well.

As for me, I voted Arsene Wenger as the most Hated Manager. ( Please Arsenal Fans, don't find me! :cheeky: ) Mainly because he's the only one now in the Premiership along with Mourinho playing those mind games. Ferguson seems to have dropped out. And personally, Wenger hasn't been at his best this season. He was seriously great last time. But I do still love his Team's football. Total class. :lovestruck: Just love to watch them play.

Yesh. I'm a Blue. Not exactly those Hard Core Fans that'll go taunt other teams' fans and give millions of reasons for a lost. Like just now. What a game! Chelsea lost, and Mourinho still has that smirk on his face! Grrrrrr... That I really cannot stand. An extremely arrogant face!

Manchester played well. Excellent closing down on Chelsea. Kept the game time. Kudos to Manchester United! :cheer:

Yupe.. its a definite that Man u played a very good game yesterday.... far different from the one they played with Boro...

As for Jose, I think he's just play mind games... the only time i disliked him was when he tried to silence the anfield crowd with his finger at the carling cup finals last year...
