went there on sat 04/06/2011 for carb service as its running rich. called them a day eariler to confirm before going down. reached there before shop opens. the mech asked me do what, i told him my bike running abit rich, want to service carbs. he never say anything, proceed to take out the carbs. after he took out the fairings, he was trying to pull out the carbs after unscrews. i think something is wrong, walked over & realised that he never pull the 2 u clips, how to take the carbs out?? i gota teach him, then only found out that he never service my bike model before. took him around 30mins to get it out... after serviced, want to put back, took him around 30mins to put back cos he squeezed it in from the wrong direction. after tuned, i tested, paid & go off.. i went there in the 1st place is to solve my carbs running rich problem but he just washed it & put back, cost me $80. i washed it 6mths ago only... told me my bike should scrap liao. in the end i wonder if my problem is solved. i feel that if they dont know how or dont service my bike model, they should @ least open mouth & said. & never even tighten my seat back. told him to adjust the mixture screws according to what i told him cos its running rich but he just followed the old adjustment when he unscrewed...
