convert unuse carpark to bike slots

in the past the bike slot for about 6bikes was now recently convert to parking for car. but its a parallel parking. the surrounding are normal vertical slots which is about 20slots and opposite the road about 2 car length away is another 20 slots . how should i go about ? is there any use if i find my mp to convert back the parking slots

In my MSCP, lately they have converted a few of d car parking lots into BIKE PARKING lots.. and we got like around 10 or more new bike lots.. AND Im so happy coz now dunve to go Up so much wen come back home ard 11 pm.. =) I hope they do tis to more carparks.. Coz ther r certain car lots which is so difficult to park d car inside ther.. mite as well they convert it to bike lots like hw they did at my MSCP =)
