when we add in a person as sub rider and let him ride the bike and put a agreement on he is liable for the instalment,fines and all costs. Then if he dosent pay up,will the owner still be liable for all the costs or he'll b liable..plz enlighten me..tank u..

give him a warning first, say if he dun pay up the fine or installment, you gonna take back your bike.. U have every right to take back the bike if he breach the agreement..

but for the fines and payments which he incurred during the period will have to be paid by ourself isit or we can fight and make the subrider pay...

stil u hav to pay 1st coz u stil d owner or d bike..

The owner will still have to pay first to the bike shop.

 

Then the owner will have to repossessed the bike and then take legal action again the subrider for violating the sub contract between owner and subrider.

im thinking letting ppl carry on installment my bike and ill draw a t&C but is it legally valid or only vaild between me and him -.-" any 1 can advise? or do i need to go down law firm to do it???

go get lawyer letter if you want play safe.. last time i heard ard 100 bucks per letter..
