which insurance company allow 2 subrider? as in owner nt riding and then adding 2 more sub riders.

 

Try giving AXA (Anda) a ring, believe they do have that option. Not cheap though to add the 2nd subrider. For pricing, ring them up to check.

Bros need to check with you guys something very important. I have insurance for a bike alr, this bike alr has owner and subrider. Transfer of ownership will be done soon, but is it illegal to ride the bike? I have valid insurance for the bike, license and road tax. just that ownership is not under my name & the owner alr knows I have the bike. Owner also does not ride this bike alr as he owns a seperate bike.

Are you intending to full cash or hire purchase your bike? If it's hire purchase, normal shops will only let you get TPFT or comprehensive. And if you've full cashed it, it's your choice to what insurance you want to get.

You're 21 and just got your licence, so there will definitely be an excess for your p-plate. Not to mention, yours is considered a sports-bike hence the 3K quotation.

Not sure if I'm at the correct forum, I recently got hit by a cab riding my bike and it's damaged now and have to sit at the service center awaiting repair which will take awhile considering shipping of parts and awaiting for insurance claims and whatsnot.

 

I understand that under motorcycle insurance there are no such things as replacement motorcycle.

 

Is it a good idea to rent a motorcycle while waiting for my bike to be repaired?

 

Can I claim the rental cost from the guy who hit me?

If insurance is intended for 2B bike then 2B pass date, and likewise for class 2 bike then class 2 pass date.
