Any guru can help me with this?

 

How long can a re-build suspension last? I'm considering to upgrade my suspension to bitubo or just to rebuild it as i'll be riding this bike for at least another 3 years.. which is a better investment?

my take, change the shock, keep the stock.

 

when you wan to sell the bike, swap back to stock, sell the bitubo to another rider.

 

win-win situation. :)

Stock is good...Choose your weapon wisely and enjoy it...you can have all the $$$$ to mod and in the end you can't make full use of it....

Bro ur bitubo cmo still on going? Im hunting for a second hand vtec showa at the moment and might consider a new bitubo if my search comes to a naught..

hi all, anybody experience front suspension vibrating like crazy when cruising from 60 to 80km?

i check tyre pressure and replace front wheel bearing but it wun go away.

was thinking of changing e fork oil will it be of any use?

If do i hav to change e fork cartridge ?

AM riding a bolder spec 3 btw with top box.

Hi bro ... Try and check your handlebar cone bearing 1st ...

2no.s of the bearing the one connecting in between your handlebar and fork ...

Might be due to wear and tear ... :thumb:

Changing of fork oil is only for the rebound rate ... For Hard or Soft Feeling ...

Jz curious, are all the showa shocks across the cb400 lineup compatible with each other? Meaning revo shocks can fit on verS or pb1 shocks can fit vtec bikes w/o any modifications needed?

Are you finding something to jack up ur rear suspension?

You can consider a pair of cheap rear suspension adapter from ah boy..

Shouldn't cost abv $25.

Pros: harden rear shock, less chances of hitting ur header while crossing the hump, jacked up the aft side of ur bike.

Cons: Only thing I find is that is slightly harder to corner as centre gravity shifted due to ur rear is higher now.

Oh, no problem.

Lowering wise, Have you try adjusting the knob on the ur rear suspension?

If I not mistaken there's 5 setting, propably you can use the No.1 setting or any which you are more comfortable with.
