x2.

I have not a single demerit point in any of mine course station. its all about moving off, stopping, right turn, left turn and lane change. but i was quite unlucky too, being one of the youngest testee, i was the last 2 to go and that happened to be at 1055am exactly, the time when car lessons is about to end and all the cars returns from the road, queue up long long in the circuit to park their cars, because of that i was forced to overtake many cars twice instead of keeping in mine lane, squeezing into their lane with little space at very low speed. even though the instructor warned us that us young riders may had to take our test at this time, i never had any actual practical experiences, like what to do, i think in this 2 overtaking process i got a whooping 26 demerit points at least. the other bad part i had in the test is perhaps the slope, i had to admit i did really badly at that part, being extremely kiasu, resulting in over revving and yet i still wobble while moving off, being penalised for 16 points at check point 5, i really had nothing much to say.

Bro, dun feel disheartened. I took my 2A twice also. It's a transitional license, and TPs want to make sure that ur ready for bigger bikes. More practice will make u better at handling the bike, and the extra practice on the circuit might just save ur life when u get onto the road. When I got my CBR400, I got complacent and got into a very bad accident. Big bike accidents are usually more dangerous cos of the speed and weight of the bike, so TPs tend to fail younger 2A riders for the first time at least.

thanks bro, really very depressed after the test, i think ur post make me somewhat better. i just went rc just now at the hottest timing and returned with red thighs plus tons of scolding for stuff like forgetting to off signal etc.. lol

i will just try to go there with the mentality of going there and play the revo there. tho i hates revo alot than the smaller cb125 because of the heat problem. ://

well, comparing my class 2a and my friends class 2. me taking at SSDC and my friend at BBDC. Practicals are whole lot more frequent at BBDC, he managed to clear all 3 lessons by 3 days. Whereas SSDC, i passed my prac1 and gotta wait for 5 days for my prac2, i talked about it with some of the guys taking cl2a at SSDC that retaking prac3, would need to wait for a wk at least. SSDC is kinda slow unless u can clear all within 1 shot.

Hi bros, any new 2A student of SSDC here has any issues booking lessons?

Last check today there was no sessions for the next 3 weeks just for lesson 1!

Take note there are 6 sessions per day... anyone can advise how many student per session?

I had my class 2b license (and class 3) long time ago. It was converted from Malaysia license. So, I have not been to any of practical test in Singapore. And I have not be riding bike for many years. But now that I am keen to get a bigger bike and start riding. So, I intend to get class 2a license. But I am rather nervous how easy to get it. Any advise for me?

I read about the training structure (like theory and practical lesson) online. But am really curious how exactly is the practical test look like. Will it be on the road? But all the tests are in the circuit. I hope some of you may share some experience on this.

Thanks.

For class 2a/2 test you won`t be tested on the road. Its all done in circuit. Just register online, book your first lesson, go for it and everything comes naturally.

hi guys, i've been riding a phantom all these while and when i started on class 2a pracs i couldnt get used to the handling especially the rearward peg position and the sitting position on the s4.. does anyone have any tips on how to cope with this?

operate a vehicle in a way that you benefit other road users pls - and meanwhile, stop whining! be responsible and be safe.

prac 1 - 1 times

prac 2 - 1 times

prac 3 - 1 times

TP - 1 times.

but i took a total of 5 RCs,1 before prac 3 and 4 before TP, juz take interval of 2 days before tp for 4 times, so guys, pls dont save on ur RCs, its really helpfull. every 30sgd u spent on RC will not be wasted, its unknowingly building up ur confidence and better handling of the bike.

RCs are really good! take lots of them if u wanna pass on ur 1st tp! dont save on em!

Just my 2 cents. =)
