Whats the different between NSR150 and NSR150SP/RR?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_NSR150SP/RR

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_NSR150

Why are they in 2 different wikipedia article? Are they the same?

Another thing is, how do I know if mine SP is single arm or pro arm? What are their differences?

1 is swing arm, 1 is pro arm.

pro arm corners better as compared to swimg arm. dont ask me why

Regards,

kifakw

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car

and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.

Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall,

torque is how far you take the wall with you.

Wah.. Haven seen this kind of question for quite long liao. RR is normal swingarm. SP is Pro Arm.

SP supposed to corner better because of more rigid pro arm. SP's horsepower is also higher then RR because of different cylinder port tuning.

Years back, SP sell for more money den RR on used market.

Scooter Tuning Is Not A Crime.

So there are 2 NSR150, SP and RR.. the common one we see in Singapore is SP, aka the pro arm NSR150. The rarer one RR, which most obvious differences is it being normal swingarm.

Years back NSR150SP value worth more than NSR150RR. However as RR become rarer, it prices is now higher than it's SP counterpart.

It is said that SP(Pro Arm) corner poorer than RR(Normal swingarm) or the other way round by various different people

Still I have 1 more question

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_NSR150SP/RR

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_NSR150

Why are there 2 wikipedia on NSR150. So is there a third NSR150 without it's SP/RR nickname behind? So NSR150SP/RR is one bike even though it got different arms. NSR150 is another different bike?

And another thing, what is the visual differences of an SP(Pro arm) and a RR(Normal Swing arm)

first of all, you must understand the term proarm and swingarm. from there, only then can you differentiate bikes accordingly.

So whats the different? I do know they are term as different bikes. The proarm is a newer model compared to swingarm but never heard of their difference and the reason behind their names.

hard to explain.. take it as a different technology.. NSR RR is like the version 1 of NSR SP. then when SP come out its like version 2. No more production of version 1. That means everything better la.. no need to actually worry... nsr rr like cannot find anymore..

I don't need to show my bike here 'cus I don't have one.

RR is regular swingarm, made up of two metal arms holding the rear wheel on both side. SP is pro arm, made up of one single metal arm holding rear wheel on one side only.

See the rear wheel...
