Pedestrian on-demand crossing.

 

There are others like that. Another example is the one outside the Istana. Unless there are vehicles exiting the Istana, it'll always remain green.

I dunno what the official term is, it's what I call it. When the pedestrian presses the button mounted at the traffic light to indicate that he/she wishes to cross. No demand, no light change.

Yes, I only see got pedestrian press the traffic lights button then the light will change to red...
