After accident - no spare parts, what to do

I have recently bought a Yamaha Majesty S (not a parallel import), around 3 months back it was involved in a accident (hit from behind). I am still not able to get the bike back as the workshop says required spare part not available. I have spoken to the agent also (HL), who responded that I should followup with workshop. I contacted lawyers but they say that they can only support for injury claims.

 

Any suggestion if I can ask for a new bike if repair not possible? or any lawyer who will support to get the bike early? any other suggestion also welcome.

R u claiming ur own insurance or 3rd party?

If I'm not wrong, u can justify tat ur bike is beyond repairs due to no parts, then insurance company will pay u market value to scrap it.

Ask the bike shop,they should b able to adv u on the kinda $$$ u looking at

Send to a Yamaha authorized agent for repairs since u claiming 3rd party. Suggest going Ban Hock Hin at Defu. They definitely will be able to secure the parts.
