Accessories for cruiser yamaha bike

Hello every one,

I am new in this forum. I live in Mauritius Island and I will be coming in Singapore in mid-March. I have a cruiser Yamaha model Dragstar (V-Star) 1100cc year 1999 and I need some accessories for my bike. In Mauritius, there is no shops for these. Do someone know where I can buy any accessories for it. Please give me the name and address of shops in Singapore and also (if possible) in Kuala Lumpur.

you gotta try Lim Ah Boy or LAB at kelantan lane. they have the biggest varieties of stuff but their quality is questionable.

You ride a V-star on the tiny island of MAURITIUS?? Ups for you.....

 

And here still got complains of got power no where to ride.....

 

Ur situation got me thinking.....open throttle might end up in the blue ocean....

 

 

Anyways.....Jalan Besar which is near Kelantan Lane has a few shops...go walk around.....maybe when u are over here can ask some one from the biking community out bring u walk around....

Blackenese, you seem to know very well Mauritius !!!! Any way thanks for information. I annex a photo of my V-star with the blue sea behind ! Thanks for your help, the thing is that I will be staying only 2 days in Singapore, so I do not have much time to walk around. I will be staying more days in Kuala Lumpur, by the way don't you know some shops over there also ?

In fact I a interested in anything for this bike cause in Mauritius we do have NOTHING for cruiser bikes. Therefore anything is interesting to see and/or to buy !!!

 

I will be in Singapore from 12th to 14th March.

Think u gotta a better chance of getting ur accessories from ebay. unless u thinking of getting universal side boxes, not the prettiest type tho......

 

just my 2 cents....its easier to get apparels, golves, jackets, boots etc here....

 

get in touch with blackhawk . he used to ride a 1100 dragstar as well......maybe he can shine some light on ur search.

I'm used to buy on ebay but the shipping cost to Mauritius is much to high ! And it is best when you can see the material before buying it...
