Hey guys! I just recieved this letter today.

I was at chalet and the only rider there, so my friends asked me to go buy something from "Cheers"... Only parked somewhere near the bus-stop for around 5 mins and this is what I got... Didn't even manage to see the TP.

Anyone knows if this case can be appealed? Especially when I'm a first time offender. If yes, where should I send my appeal letter to? There isn't any emails stated in the letter and also who should I address to?

Hope you guys will be able to give me a hand here. Still a student and $70 is so much!!

Thanks a million everyone :)

As someone who goes to Changi Village, I'd say that there are many parking areas on both sides of the road, including behind block 5, block 1, next to the bus terminal, in the hotel, between the hotel and block 5... much more than there are on the side of Changi Village Road.

You can try to appeal but you'd have to take your chances. To avoid this next time, try using the legit parking areas, especially when they are so obvious to the eye.

He who hesitates is lost!
