Been wanting to do my number porting from m1 to singtel since fri.

I personally went down to singtel to do e request.

Mon,my no was not being ported.

Singtel told mi something wrong wif my m1 acc and when i tok to m1,nth wrong.

I request for no port again.

Tis time round,a guy told mi will be done by 12mn on mon.

 

Tis morning when i wake up,

nth being done.

I call m1 at 7am to check,nth wrong wif my acc.

I call singtell at 8am to check and request again.

By 9.30am,it was rejected again.

I call singtell up and check wat's wrong.

They tell mi my m1 acc got problem when dere isn't.

 

I request again.

at 11plus,nth being done again.

I request again at aro 1pm wif singtel.

Nth being done till 2plus.

I call singtel and m1 to check,

m1 told mi nth wrong wif my acc,

singtel told mi dere is.

 

I told e lady(from singtel) to get her supervisor to tok to mi,

She say she will.

But end up,

till now no one call mi and currently i'm on e phone wif another lady to do my no porting.

 

Is it so difficult to process my no porting and get it done for mi?

Total tok to at least 5 customer service officiers from singtel and at least 2 wif m1.

If i were you, i would make it a scene, because i am working as a customer service officer, make sure things are correct before you open your mouth and inform customer, if not, things are hard to explain and you will have to squeeze your brain juice which you dont have to to think of a solution to cover it up.

 

Well, i finally collected my phone that has been sent in for repair the 3rd time within less then 3 months on 7th of july, i requested for a 1 - 1 exchange or a upgrading to another phone which i dont mind paying extra, but was declined. I will be lodging a complain on a customer service officer that spoke to me like a mad woman whereas i am the customer and i am talking like a super nice lady on the phone, and that was before i go screaming on the phone when she start talking like a mad woman....
