unique does a pretty good job. reasonable pricing too. check out their thread on this forum.

 

SBK leovince sound is Sweet man... heard one spec3 having this exhaust this morning @ unique. the sound is:thumb:

When touring, its usually the rider that give way first before the bike itself.

Read here bro,if you really2 cannot understand then next LV gathering i we can have long2 chit chat on backpressure.

Basically when tuning not done,your engine will run lean mixture. As most of the engineers know,the theoretical optimal combustion, an engine needs 14.7 parts of oxygen by mass to 1 part of gasoline (again, by mass).

 

Running lean means you have maybe 16:1 (Air/Fuel) ratio and this does not lead to poor fc but better fc as lesser fuel is burn.However,this causes the engine to run hotter. Abit lean is ok but too much will burn the exhaust valve.

 

As for shops what i can recommend is BikeWorkz,Unique and Planet,coz i always see these shop name always recommended by most cb400 riders here.

so now i take out my silencer and i dun tuning 4 the moment.. nuthing wrong rite? or it will slowly destroy the engine?

 

Like what i mention abit lean is ok coz modern engine can withstand it,too lean will destroy the engine. I would rather go abit rich.

 

To know you engine is running lean or rich,ride at the desired throttle position for about a few kilometer,then pull out all 4 sparkplugs and see their color. Anything on the brown side is good,black is over rich or oil foul and white is too lean. Best to do this on NSHW.

Sorry abit off topic.

How u guys remove the silencer?

i removed the screw holding on to the silencer but cant get the whole tube out no matter how i figure wif it.

Anyone can help?

Ahhh.. Naughty2 haa.:angel:. Try using plyers but use cloth if to protect ur beloved LV from being scratched or damaged.:thumb:

Guys,just wana ask.LV for S4 spec 3 have?Use full system or just the muffler exhaust itself good enuff?Need to do sum tunin arh for more power?Which bike shop can recommend to do the changing and tuning?

currently only for spec model is legal for this pipe...for muffler only is good enough,but full system can ask globalvtec n kitkat but they seldom online i guess....but wanna know more can ask mr.aswat here as he is the longest lv users to date i guess....hehehehe...good deal can go unique,tuning oso can go there....:thumb:
