hot to set tv-out?

i am running a geforce 7300Gs with tv-out, i connect the video cable from my display card to my tv,but seems like my tv is unable to detect it at all from video1 and video2,and i tried using multi display using nidvia it olso showns that it is unable to detect my tv set.

can anione pls advise?

If I'm not mistaken, you will need to activate the port. You are using the Yellow colour port right? You could try going to Control Panel > Display > Settings > Advance. There you may see something on monitor or something. Will need to explore as different s/w shows different thing.

 

Anyway y use the TV-out? The quality when compared to DVI or VGA, is worst. Do give it a try. Good luck.

These days you need to get something like HDMI already anyway like suggested, try activating it.
