Legally, I cannot test ride the bike right? If suay suay one tp come to the carpark ask for licence and insurance, both also tio? But then, why car is different ar? I hit a road block, he just ask me show licence, and give me a friendly advice 'drive safely' and i am off.

Bike insurance only cover the rider and sub-rider(if any) ma.. So if ur there to test the bike and you are actually riding without insurance. Car is different.

You must be insured to ride on a public road. Find out exactly what "public road" means under the law and the answer to your question can be found.

Sigh , so if i want the bike, i got to ask the rider to pillion me and he just sort of test ride for me. TP got to provide a legal way to let the buyer test ride though, provided he has a licence of course.
