road block

was riding happily suddenly got small road block.. tp ask me to stop and do the normal routine.. an accident happen on the opposite road.

 

a rider was looking at the scene.. without knowing that the tp wave at him to stop.. but then he just rode off. he did look back to stop but the traffic gave away. the tp kan chiong wear his helmet try to chase that guy.

 

just few minutes the tp came back.. i heard he said to his buddy he lost that guy.. he wrote something on a paper then..

 

i wonder if i in that situation as that guy.. what will the tp do? i guess he remembered that guy plate number.. any summons?

Or that the evader upon escaping from the roadblock, the rest on duty might have seen and noted his license plate. Few possibilities

 

(P.S.: I'm not sure what's on board TP bikes though; I'm sure TP is obligated not to let the public know either )

Proof is not really necessary.

 

In the eye of the law, the judge will place more trust on the Police words rather than our words, unless the accused got irrefutable proof that he is innocent.

 

Many years back, i got TP letter sent to my home charging "weaving in/out of lane causing other vehicles to sudden brake", when in the first place i was not stop/caught redhanded, i.e. just sent a letter to my house with the TP implied charge and a court date for me to go dispute if i intend to contest.

 

So u say how? Tp words vs my words? I'm a SAF bond poly student that time, where got guts go court contest TP, so LL pay fine and deduct points.

 

The moral of the story, as long as TP got your plate no., they can throw a charge at you and it's UP to u to contest. Just understood that if your contest fail, your fine will be multiply many many times. I got 1 fren, got caught speeding above road limit ( i can't remember by how much) and charge by TP with fine of $200 + 12 points. He go court contest n fail, end up fine become $800 + 12 points.

 

I hope my real life experiences will provide some insight to SBF forumners, esp. those who like to challenge TP kind, u can't win them easily but they will crush you deadly if need be and this is what i learnt during my younger days.
