Make sure that the air filter element is properly seated in the air filter case.

The engine should NEVER be OPERATED WITHOUT the air filter element installed, otherwise the piston and cylinder may become EXCESSIVELY WORN.

nak mintak pendapat korang semua.aku nye wave plate fv.skrg outlook dah teruk.engine pun dah kasar sikit.kalau nak make over aku kena tukar rims,fairing satu set,front fork n swing arm.engine mayb kena top overhaul....or....aku jus jual ni motor n beli a newer 2nd hand wave.mayb fy n above plate.fikiran ar.

Kalau aku jadi kau, aku bikin engine dulu. Kasi tip top baru bikin outlook. Nie bagi aku la. Tak tau bagi orang lain.

aku dah buat calculation sikit.kalau nak bikin balik motor aku abt almost $1k.kalau beli 2nd hand fy plate ke...abt $2.4k.meaning aku kena tambah at least $1.2k.cos motor aku in dis state tak dpt jual mahal.

Top overhaul kat spore is ard 300-340....ade 1 dak ni dia gi overhaul...workmanship dia je jejak S$120.tu psl 300 lebih...yg lain sume cam piston baru..piston ring baru..yg lain tah eh ape tah ..overall 340 dia kene.btw delux...ko tuka piston baru 100 lebih eh?kat spore piston+ring S$43.tp workmanship dia ah rabak skali 120 dak tu kene.

 

insya Allah by end of sept then aku tuka piston.skarang da tk pakai sgt v power tgh test2 minyak lain..for the moment aku da try shell 95,98 ngn v power..sume mileage aku rabak..100km je da kene topup.aku rasa piston da kene give way tu psl mkn minyak.For the moment ni aku pakai mobile yg ape tah td.keke.kirekan mcm shell 98.

$100 lebih ringgit tu in Malaysia Ringgit. Just count it divide by 2 for singapore dollars. I think still cheaper than singapore la. Anyway aku dah tak percaya mechanic singapore lagi la. Cakap ajer macam terror last macam macam problem keluar. Aku dah experience dan dah kena jadi aku tau. Dah serik. No singapore mechanic for me. Aku still prefer my own mechanic in JB. Experience chap and the best part is cheap!

aku takut nak buat kat jb pasal kawan aku overhaul kat sana...less den 6mths rosak.in de end dia jual tu motor.lagipun kalau overhaul nak kena letak motor kat situ kan?mcm leceh sikit.

anyway aki...aku nye fairing memang dah teruk abis.byk sgt cracks.ada lobang2 screw pun dah hancur.so no choice kena tukar whole set.
