Is dat a picture of ur bike? Fierce looking ah. The last time saw a VV was at poly a few yers back.One of the lectures was riding.Looking at how much it costs nowadays, its worth it.Got neighbours still riding them n say that they very happy with bandit

the top's not wat i'm looking for.... whereas how fast it reaches 210 is my concern... i've yet to do anything for my bike yet... cept the regular maintenance...

but by the way, u were saying u wanna get a cdi for ur bike rite?

i had a fren who installed it for his fully mod bandit(old one)

it did not have any difference...let's say in pick up or top speed...

but what we believe is that it improves the system of the bike...

where are u getting urs?how much??

i noe of a place selling at bout $120plus

and do you noe where can get a dynojet kit for banditv???

curious to noe,,,,.....

another mod. This is funny but u know lah, the hand is always itchy to mod something. I got this quote from Alvin Motovation for sliders for my bandit 400 at $70 w/o installation. Looks pretty cool but I'd probably hav to do up my bike big time to prepare it for the mods.

bandit vv can't use the nomal bandit cdi advancer... i'll be going to get mine at chong aik... will give u a review if it's good or bad in due time....

my one also fully stock.... reach 180 have to try to squeeze as close to the bike as possible if not the wind resistance will take off maybe 10km/h off ur top speed....

I am not a bandit 400v rider, just yet, but as you may have been able to tell I am looking at joing this club very soon ( see posting in garage sale). Still looking for this bike to buy. ( I have looked at a few but not buy yet!)

 

I would be interested in going out for a cruise and a chat with anyone who is able and willing. ( obviousl when I have my new bike )

yah... the one i know of is from chong aik too... how come u were quoted so expensive??? my suspension's a twitch soft... max equipment is bringing in hagon suspension.... this is suitable for gsxr400... our bike can use gsxr400's suspension... where u normally service your bike??? mine is a fq plater....

actually the old bandit packs more hp than a bandit vv.... 59hp for the old one and 53 for the vv....

Im not too sure why i was quoted tt high...

but the suspension i m thinking of getting from KS, the Suzuki agent..they are selling it at 280

thinking of getting new fork springs as well....guess its essential to get good stability...

Can a vv install a damper?

not sure bout the sizing...

I only serviced my bike twice..one at a motorshop at AMK Ind...next was Guan Hoe...thinking of sticking to this Guan Hoe...not bad....
