Good luck for your sale, S750WP. I also looking at both bandit now. Long time never ride already since 6yrs ago. Fell in love with bikes again. Think the bandit will be a good revivier bike for me before heading for cls 2 bikes. What do u suggest?Oh yeah, forgot to ask, what do u think about a 12yr bandit with 70000 mileage, new tyres and starter motor, however appearance looks like sh*t and rusty, it's valued at S$800, so if I will to buy it? WHat do u think of it? Any comments? Engine looks and feels ok. How much do I have to spend to make it look nicer? ANy suggestions. Paint very very faded, all metal parts rusty.. Of course, it is not as nice as yours. Just wanna a low mileage bike to mod and ride for fun, and the occasional tour.

I say go for it if the engine is ok, the outlook can slowly do it up.

Try Por 15 motorcycle fuel tank kit, can be found on ebay. Or order direct from http://www.por-15.com

 

Fuel consumption for CBR929 is approx 18km/l better than my old gsxr750 at 15km/l

Okay lah... Both bike just respray not long so still look very shiny after a normal wash.

Better than my Haya, average 13km/Litres. My Bandit can click at least 21km/Litres.

 

My Ex CBR929 b4 mod is abt 17km/Litres but after I mod it, it can only click 12km/litres.

hi guys...any of you were @ junction after stadium along tampines ave 5? saw a very nice silver bandit (think its vv cos there's double disc brake?) quite surprised it has FU/FV plate. wanted to chat him up but he made a left turn.

Go KS you can find most of the suzuki parts including parts for the engine too, if not Guan Hoe at Rangoon road can order parts from Suzuki Japan.

 

Although bandit400P stop production since 1993, some of the parts are common among other suzuki bikes and are interchangeable. E.g I fitted a 1993 gsxr750 shock on my bandit, you can use a SV650 rear sprocket for bandit 400.

 

Since riding my 93 gsxr750 to my suzuki bandit, I have never encounter no spare parts. So no worries.
