y he drink? company chinese new year dinner. He wasnt at work at all that day. FYI: He has to work 2 jobs to support family > 14 hrs per day even on weekends. So he was just taking a break.. sure its still wrong to drink and ride.. but somtimes we also have to look at the circumstance also right?

but he told me other convicts got not more than 18 mths but higher fine..somemore their ach level higher than his. my fren prefer to be that way..pay more fine.. less revoke period..

actually when u get a lawyer all the lawyers will advice their client the same thing....pay more fine so jailed lesser terms or suspend shorter date.....THIS IS THE BIGGEST FLAW IN OUR JURIDICTION!!!!!! DOES THIS MEAN THAT MONEY CAN SETTLE FOR EVERYTHING IN SINGAPORES' COURT!!THEN U KENA LESS THIS LESS THAT...EVERYONE SHOULD BE TREATED THE SAME WAY...IF JAIL 1YEAR MEANS I YEAR NOT I CAN PAY MORE I GO IN LESSER SAY HALF YEAR INSTEAD OF 1 YEAR.....LIKE THIS WAT BOUT THOSE POOR CITIZEN....????

Paying Fine Is Not A Punishment To Me But Seems Like Getting Out The Easy Way......if Thats The Case Dun Fine For Serious Offences...just Jail Them Accordingly Just To Be Fair......

When a motorist (victim) had an accident with a drunkard motorist, what is the procedure he should take?

 

2 pointers :

 

1. Insurance does not cover properties damage.

2. Victim need to engage lawyer for civil sue. Anyone know any lawyer who had experience handling these type of cases?
