add a catalyst which we had and it should solved the problem.

If the problem is too bad, adding the STP product(sliver bottle) which we tried is reccomended, it solved the problem too.

But to really solve the root of the problem, you've got to ride the bike with at least 6k rpm from GP esso to the U-turn and back to the R&R(kampung burger u ate) by opening our 2nd valve at 5500 rpm for every petrol session.

Which gear?

6th gear, speed is 160km/h

5th gear, speed = (unknown, never take note)

4th gear, speed = unknown (but dun really like it as it is torquey.)

I usually do it at 6th gear.

This bike just got to be whack hard in order to selve us well.

the passenger in the end still cannot surf.

I think he bought an uncompatible wireless network card for his MAC... so... i think the problem might be some other uncompatible hardware...

btw, his mac is black in colour.

 

Not i didn't jio u go petrol, but the time we go in and come out isn't the kinda timing you will go man.

As for the exhaust,if urs a BS bike & there's a warranty,sent it back to BS !

But make sure that ur warranty is stamp with an authorised BS agent

I bought my bike from Looi's Motor. Looi's gets the bike from BS.

Looi's sent me the warranty card when I asked for it.

After an EO change, I will put in the silver STP (complete system cleaner) also this weekend. If anyone wants to share the remaining 3 parts, will ration it at GP Esso. $S17.50 per bottle, works out to be about RM10 per part. 1 part is good for a tankful of petrol.

 

Not needed for new bikes. New bikes can start with the black bottle (injector cleaner) for every oil change. Only $6.

 

KK, last time you wanted 1 part, but never saw you, so I finished it.

If you go to loois,ask them for ur warranty card & tell them to stamp ur warranty

for you.You can also go directly to BS if loois don't have the warranty card

with them.Just tell BS ur problem & tell BS that loois didn't issue u the warranty.

BS will check ur engine & chassis # to tell them that ur bike is indeed a BS bike &

not a parallel import bike.Hope this helps

 

Be prepare to confront with the Taichi master went ur claiming ur warranty @ BS

The old old mech, wan to talk to them oso diffcult cos they dun seen like to listen to me only know how to stare at my bike.

Luckly there's a young mech att to me name 'wilson' if not wrong.

He say that he know u.

 

We talk on alot of thing, he even try to help me get the warranty card..

 

Ok ok as for the tick tick sound BS mech say not really a problem but meng ton say there's abit problem. So mostly will ask meng ton help me.

As the pipe only BS can setter but they say the most is to send it for spray(using the high heat resistance paint)!!!

I ask them; so r u trying to tell me tt the maker dun know how to use his brain!

Cos in the 1st place he should know wat kind of paint is to be use at the exhaust(heat area) wat!

When i ask for a change of new pipe, they say is all the same 1 la!! Cos is just a matter of time for the paint to come off.

Than he ask me to talk to the sevice officer to c if can get a new pipe anot.

 

So i'll need to go down BS again, mostly on Mon/tue to confirm again.....

Tonight before hitting JB, will go collect the STP Silver. Will pour in on the way back. If you can't meet us earlier, then meet us on the way back.

 

Did my oil change, coolant top up, battery charging check, chain lubing, bike wash, all for $25 labour, not bad.

 

My Blade confirm no charging problems, no chrome paint peeling off from muffler ...

 

Also went down to BS. AT did tell me Wilson told him Tweety went down. If AT not doing last minute baby sitting, you can meet meet him tonight, he can advise you.

 

Keep us updated about the ticking sound, I wonder what Meng Tong will do.

Yes,the young mech @ BS is Wilson.He joined us for track sometime back.

No point talking to old mech wasting of time.

Try to meet us today & gp esso 7.45pm today coz the man himself will be there.

He will try to help u.U can shoot him any questions regarding ur bike.

BS is trying to play politics with u by saying all the pipes the same !

Tashi knows how to make BS replace warranty items.

Lastly.keep us updated what Meng Tong will do about the ticking sound !

BS can check it by ur engine & chassis # .

Only bikes brought in by them will be in their list.

initally i tot the peeling off of the exhaust's end part is normal ... its only at the end, the outlet part which is not chromed ...

also the pinging sound .. meng tong used to tell me its normal too ...

even at high rev the ticking still can hear meh?

 

i believe the engine/exhaust would drown any other noise unless the ticking is seriously loud...

 

anyway bout the ten pad i also dunno wat tat .. tank pad?

I didnt really high rev the bike, only try 6k rpm...

still can hear abit cos when high rev the engine sound more louded la.

Ee....'tank pad' shall be sound alike.

 

It sound quite loud when 2nd gear 4-5rpm.
