For Shoei, can try Regina. I bought mine there.

I would suggest Shoei to Arai.

:bouncefire: great pics bro :lovestruck:

"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done. Now, if you know what you're worth, then go out and get what you're worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that!"

Didn't work. I should try Rommel's suggestion.

Shoei is much better than Arai, plus it's cheaper. When you take the helmet lining out for washing, you'll find the Shoei is made of higher quality materials.

You'll start to wonder whether Arai is worth the price you're paying for when you take apart the helmet. Also the pods at the sides where the visor locks into place catches a lot of grime, dead insects and generates wind noise. The catch the locks the pods into place are prone to breaking. I had my visor pop out once.

It just doesn't have that well thought out attention to detail.

LD, nice RC211V pix. I only noticed the 3rd exhaust below the swingarm at the Sepang MotoGP. Also why the twirl for the top rear exhaust rather than a straight design?

Checked the manual here's exactly what it says to turn the lights off:

1) Turn the ignition switch on

2) Push and hold the SEL button for mare than 2 seconds.

The immobilizer system (HISS) indicator instantly flash, the function is enabled.

3) Turn the ignition swtich off and remove the key.

I guess it's the same way if your are turning it ON again.

Rommel's & Eldo's instructions worked. Thanks.

Darah, for Shoei helmets, your face will get a bit numb till the facial pads breaks in. It's thicker and pushes up on your face. When it breaks in after a month or 2, it should feel more natural.

I haven't seen anyone with a Remus exhaust. Should be quite unique if you get it. I posted a clip of a Remus exhaust sometime back. It sounds really solid.

I think a lot of people are not going for the Leo Vince because the finish of the pipe doesn't look top quality. If you compare it with other pipes, you can really see the difference.

Sepang this weekend anyone??

Saturday 10 Dec - 4PM to 7 PM.

Sunday 11 Dec - 9AM to Noon.

Time to hit 270 KMH down the front straight again and hear my Yoshi echoing off the grandstand roof!!

Hey Rapper, when will you be coming down? Maybe I'll drop by to take pix and look see. BT21 guys coming as well? Track day, Edwin and Lass coming?

Ismail is coming down tomorrow morning. Din & Bluesea, if you're still interested, better contact him. 9239 3944.

Ismail is coming back on Wed I think. I'm coming back on Sun.

Abang Chilly, didn't take any pix la. You know, everytime I pass through tunnels here, I always think fondly of you and Ken. Hahahaha. Something is just missing, no one to blow pipes at. How? Want to come up? You have to hear your Arrow unplugged to full satisfaction of over 600km, not your usual teaser to JB and back.

Ken, KL girls do not lose out to Malacca girls. Come man. Hot wanting chics waiting for you to pillion.

If you guys are coming down, call me. +60 17 2110 266. Bought a prepaid card for only RM8.80. Quite worth it. SMS to S'pore only RM0.20, call back only RM0.20 per min.

I was thinking of going to TT Kong with some of the local bikers for nasi lemak.

I feel bad for posting it. Probably no one will get a Leo Vince pipe. Then the little girl probably won't get any milk and cookies money.

That French or Italian owner's little baby daughter is so cute.
