Recently i have installed GI pro gear indicator. I found is not bad cause no need to go remember which im in. Another thing is gear indicator is not too big. Now only look at the gear indicator i know which gear. The installation is very simple just plug n play will do...it took you about 15-30min to complete the all job.

 

Here is the GI Pro DS-series on my bike.

 

When Neutral Gear display will be like this.

Anyone interested in this HRC tankpad, selling for $20. This is original equipment, an ex Blader bought it from Germany, not the cheap quality knockoff, comes with a fuel tank protector which I had used.

 

The whole thing was around $60.

I can say not lagging. When you clutch in the - line will light up, once you let go clutch u can get the number. The main thing i like because dont have to cut any of the original wire.

Sure, it's just at the corner of Bukit Timah & Farrer Road. I avoid crowded places where there are 100 pairs of eyes looking at you when you arrive or leave. You should be able to find it on Google Maps.

yes.. its true.. the air pumps at gas stations can be realli off the mark.. the esso tat i normally go to.. over inflates by 6psi..

Actually these oils are all very smooth according to the contribution I've read in this thread over the years, Silkolene, Motul and Maxima Ultra, the 1st 2 oils have to change after 3,000km to maintain the smoothness, Ultra is the only one that can go up to 5,000km. I've been using Ultra all the way now, I've done enough experimentation.

 

The Blade likes thin oils, so go for 5W40.

Thanks.... Using that now.. as 5W40 is recommended for track and street use whereas 5W50 is more for track use...... feels good and smooth......

Rather than the usual McD or KFC fast food, does anyone know of a place that serves proper quality food, somewhere where bikes are parked close by, so we can all admire our own bikes? I can do JB as well, I don't mind traveling far, as long as the food is good.

 

Yongster, for track, ppl use even thinner oils, like 0W30, not thicker. Less resistance, more power. Now, if you switch to Esso on an empty tank, it's even smoother, less vibration. Trust me, I'm a connoisseur.

guys just finished install yoshimura rs5 race slip on, replace my scorpion pipe...its race pipe so for u guys there, cant use it la...unless for track....

i love the sound .....very bassy at the idle...once we rev it up, it become a screaming banshee and shouting tiger sound ...wonderful sound and its LOUD....
