dun think will rust. The titanium ones are matt silver in surface. Let me try to get pix from my factory side. Should be about $800 leh. almost double the price of SS ones

titanium does not rust.. so no worries..

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

It won't rust.. Just that if you never clean, debris stuck to it plus water wil oxidize and look like rust spots on the headers. Those are only on the surface. The material itself won't rust.

For our current headers, can we fabricate it to chrome?

 

But i worry it will become someting like TA200 header chrome in colour, more prone to rust...

LATEST NEWS FROM MY FACTORY

 

They are able to fabricate pure CF tail for Spec3. Need 10 orders to proceed. Anyone keen? quite a gd price... if keen, PM.

I see if I can conslidate orders or not.

able to ask them to produce in a way that can fit spec 1 and 2 without cutting the sub frame of the bike? i am sure this way you will get better response. if able to, i am interested to know how much is it!

that one abit hard leh coz they follow the actual mould for the spec3 tail board. I wanna bring them samples for the spec1/2 tail to let them fabricate hehe

Use 3M double sided tape or can also use epoxy glue to glue

PRICE: S$90 cash and carry.

i oso wan the spec 3 tail on my spec 1 ,really if u can get it done i am sure alot of of us will b vry glade !!! any way aunty shop do their spec 3 tail conversion without cutting the frame

*Flush coolant and top up with engine ice,new radiator cap, wash filter and stebel horn 12/08/2008

*59194 change EO and oil filter 30/01/2009

yup only one side. the other side not doing at the moment.

 

can haf more info about the titanium headers?

mebe can do a MO? can get a bit cheaper?

 

Well, if got ppl wanna do MO probably can shave the price by S$50 or so.
