speaking of clip-on bar, u guys may take alook at what my friend done b4.

That doesn't look too bad actually. I don't have any back issues so can ride in that position but understand what you mean. What brand clipons are they and also what are the mirrors as they match and look quiet nice. Please provide links if possible to both.

to keep burget low, those clip-on came off from a cbr400 as we jus wanted to try something new..it turn out to be a nightmare..haa, cos the clip-on knock on the tank everytime and if we shift it outwards it'll be too uncomfort to ride. i think a heli-bar may help..but i'm too lazy to try and had settle on a Renthal Fatbar.

for the mirror,it's some brand call Koso, it can easily be found locally.

If the pictures cbr400 clip ons knock on the tank then I have already experienced that when I pulled the stock handlebars back and don't want that and agree it definitely is a nightmare. Is the Renthal Fatbar still a sporty position or is it upright riding position similar to stock.

Will look in to the mirrors when I eventually decide what to do.

In the meanwhile I lowered the front fork by 15mm. The front feels lower but also feels very loose when turning and need to get used to it. I lowered them temporarily till I decide on what to do with the handlebars/clipons.

FYI, acrylic number plate also not legal if I'm not wrong.

I checked with 2 shops bro and they claimed its legal. The JW guy also pointed out the illegal number plates

and the legal ones at his shop... So I really hope that its legal!

I had nearly wanted to make the chrome embossed (illegal) also and keep the legal one for inspection but really curbed

my temptation...

I also did my seat cover at JW yesterday, infront is the non-stick material and the back part carbon fibre..

It looks really nice guys but I have to warn u that the back part (carbon Fibre) is slippery!!

Another alternative, get the OEM handlebars for the Version S.

Faz, Looks real nice man! I thot of getting 2 pair of whites at the front... Is it easy to fix?

Its quite easy to install. I can install it for you for a small fee. If you want to have a switch for it, you get the switch and bring it along too.

Our handlebars are 7/8" in outer diameter across all makes of CB400. The FatBar is 1 1/8" in outer diameter which requires additional Fatbar Clamps to install on our bikes.

Wow.. Cool to know u can fix all these bro... It would be great to know all this fixing rather than bring it to a bike shop.

Anyway, I just went to Yishun now to meet Carl to see the bullet lights and I found that the bullets are slightly larger than the slots on my headlight head, so decided not to get those...

Hmm... So where you want to install LEDs? I find that the Bullets are actually very compact and quite bright.

I was planning to put 3 pairs of bullets at the 3 holes, marked by the red square in the picture…

But the holes are too small… I’m thinking if I want to cut away the ridges so that there would be space…

guys, recently i jus changed my handlebar from spec 3 stock to an xr400 bar as my fren wanted to change his handle to renthal. i actualli bought a handguard which covers from the throttle all the way to centre of bar. i told the mechanic (arnd serangoon area) tht i wanted to put the handguard , as stock is too short to put the handguard in. i told the mechanic if i could saw off just 1 cm of the sides as i find it too long and squeezing will be a problem. he infd cannot because later cannot put all the items on the handlebar. as such i said ok.

i find squeezing a problem n quite tiring on the arms too.. im 1.7m. im also very concerned if i would to go jb or come back from jb, i cant fit thru the biometric lane if u all got notice, quite tight n squeezy.. any advice and review on these guys.
