well... there is one silver/black unit (new) over at Excel Cycle, go n chit chat discuss with david, go make ur love come true la. Now its cheaper what i originally paid for in june 08.

And they say the silver/black ones are FASTER than the black ones... :cheeky:

sorry for late follow-up.

 

my original pair lasted til 20k km. Then changed to Bridgestone Battlax BT021

190/50 17 Rear and 120/70 17 Front. this pair now running 10k km and counting.

 

i am not much into tyre performance/cost savings, etc. But you can check out this other b-king forum to search on tire info. And reading other stuff like modifications and after markets, etc. go to http://www.suzukib-king.org

oh ya, nearly forgot, IMHO & my two cents worth, if you have a "gripe" abt tyre-changing process tat ends up with the rims knackered, try go changing your tires at Dili; look for Ah Hai.

 

After changing my tires, there is no scratches OR spolit edges on my two rims, tats value for quality workmanship! :thumb:

 

one incident i can recalled is my fren's MT01 rims ended up scratches and dents after changing tyres at a certain Kallang workshop.

 

After complaining, he was given ...........rim stickers....... :dozed:
