fuel tank is abt 16.5L.. consumption wise quite gd 18 to 19L/km.. road tax cant remember alreadi.. insurance individual.. mine 25yrs/old 3ft 1.4k+..

just came back from KL ..... Fuel consumtion is a bit high .

 

full tank gets me 180 Kms and warning starts to flash . still 2 bars on meter . running on B mode .

 

is this normal ?

 

To me B mode doesnt help mi save fuel.. A mode local riding usually flash at 220 to 230..

am planning to get a b king when i finish my class 2 probably end of February if everything goes well...

 

Just one concern though, I had a hard time searching for top box racks for the b king. Is there one out there in the market without having to custom make one?

I saw one H&B rack online and looks damn cool though.. wonder if they carry that in sg..

 

Any reviews about the b-king from bros who ride them here?

 

Hope to get to ride this hell of a machine soon!

Hey bro,

Ya won't regret grabbing the King, low maintainance (just regular oil changes/ servicing) cos of its bulletproof engine, massive power on demand past 5000 rpm yet still smooth enough for low speed city riding, good fuel economy (17 - 18km/l on mostly urban riding, have hit 19km/l on highways), relaxed riding position with a big ass seat plus surprisingly agile handling for pretty heavy bike (no lightweight at 230+ kgs)

 

Cons will include a lack of wind protection (it is a naked after all, but it's completely liveable under 130km/h), a little lag at lower speeds (got myself a X-TRE to get rid of that problem, ride is now real zippy at any speed) and a lack of time for riding a great bike (only clocked 8000++ kms since I got it 2 years ago, haha!)

Yupe, using a X-TRE on mine, it helps gets rid of that lag at lower rpms, completely worth it in my book! Heh!

Wat tyre size is b king using.. I installed my preilli dragon 120/190 55 for abt 2000km n took it off.. Feel very slippery on wet

Oh, mine's ard $600 (Age: 34, 20% NCD, AXA). Quite affordable for a class 2 bike if ya ask me.
