Aku ada masalah jual moto..

 

aku dah early settle.. before that aku ada tanya dulu dia kata no fee.

dah full settle dia kata 3 days later dapat kunci.

dah dapat kunci pon..few days later bila aku nak jual bike prod suddenly they call say kena bayar early instalment. Moto kat bike production aku dah jual cuma belom dapat cheque. suspect they never transfer ownership.

 

insurance aku dah cancell.

Singaporeans who travel frequently to Malaysia can now "fast track" through immigration.

 

If they have recently entered Malaysia at least four times in a month, they can apply for a special pass which allows clearance through either Woodlands (above) or Tuas checkpoint without having to fill up the white immigration card.

 

With the Malaysia Automated Clearance System (MACS) pass — a sticker embedded with a Radio Frequency Identification chip that is stuck in the passport — they can zip through immigration clearance in Malaysia without worrying if their passport has been stamped.

 

All details will be captured electronically at the autogates.

 

The scheme was launched in July last year but only made available to Singaporean frequent travellers last month.

 

The hope is that more Singaporeans will visit Johor, said director of Tourism Malaysia Zalizam Zakaria at a briefing on Thursday.

 

Some 12.7 million Singaporeans visited Malaysia last year — nearly 54 per cent of the country’s total visitorship figures.

 

The MACS pass costs RM30 (S$12.50) and is valid for one year. Spouses and children of frequent travellers can also apply for the pass. -CNA-

I just checked the requirement, seems like not everyone are eligible. Only those with long term pass or linked to the Iskandar proj then is eligible.

 

The scope of MACS facility is expanded to Singapore Citizens who has

been issued with the relevant long term immigration pass and

frequently travel within Malaysia and Singapore for the purpose of

working, studying and staying in Malaysia.

 

ELIGIBILITY

MACS applicants who are involved with the development of Iskandar

Region Projects are required to meet the terms and conditions as

follows:

i. Non-Malaysian citizens who are sponsored by a Malaysian

company (or company based in Malaysia) and directly involved the

in the development and projects/ activities related to Iskandar Region;

 

ii. In possess of an international passport with minimum validity of two (2) years;

 

iii. Non-listed in the Immigration Suspect List;

 

iv. Has been issued with a relevant long term immigration pass (if

applicable - relevant to category B applicants); and

 

v. Entry Visa (if applicable - relevant to visa required citizens)

 

Singapore Citizens daily trippers who wish to apply MACS are required

to meet the terms and conditions as follows:

 

i. Must be a Singapore Citizen in possession of an international passport

with minimum validity of two (2) years;

 

ii. Non-listed in the Immigration Suspect List;

Aku strongly recommend Aloha Loyang Garden Bungalows or terrace.. rates are 420 and 200/nite during weekends... But if gahmen nya org bleh dpt cheaper...

Aug- Sep - Totally out for Puasa and Raya

Oct - Possible but rasa mcm lama sangat nak tunggu dan risiko tinggi

Nov to Dec - Akhir2 tahun, ada yg takleh amek leave lah.. leave dah tak cukup pasal pakai utk raya lah... kena OT banyak2 nak siap duit sekolah anak... Ataupon nak clear leave and gi holiday..
