Interesting. Looks like using foil like an abrasive pad? Also this is removing rust. How do you keep it from rusting or colouring (like exhaust header turning blue) in the first place?

My bike no power/can't really move at first gear..

 

Need throttle very hard and quickly switch to gear 2 before bike can move.. Any idea why? Should I bring back to the shop?

clutch plates worn or clutch cable jam? After 2nd gear bike move okay? Well u shld bring it back but if he say chargeable then bring to other shop betterlah. Wait he chop u again. KnT just down the road next to TP Ubi. Heeeee

Check if fork diameter the same diameter as triumph thruxton. If yes then maybe can get from mah motor. But ex lah. Maybe try online.

Should be clutch plate. Went to shop to find but no stock.. Bike just nice die there. Change batt alr then mech say no magnetic coil.. So now bike is at shop..

Which shop? Balong? Wah really sour lemon u got there bro. Good u reached there else hv to pay for towing. U shld call suzuki stockist to check if got stock for gn125 coil too. Who knows the fella will dilly dally ur bike till u REALLY hv to pay inspection fees and new road tax. *faints*

Have a fren whose XR 250 had to renew Coe also bike nvr repaired. Wakakakaka

That's why mod must be reversible. Wen riding on the roads ur bike not too haolian or noisy shld be oklah. Heeeee

Went to custom burner to take a look just now.. They have the parts but not sure of the price..

 

Found united motors impex on Google.. Not sure if they're opened tomorrow..

Cant recommend any shops cos I DIY. Only shop I CAN recommend is Bike Fabricator Ah Ann. But must pay to DIY there cos using his tools/ expertise. But still have to DIY cos he got other paying (more than me) customers. Hehehehehe

Some modders go to vicious cycles. Can check them out too.

Main concern is just where to get the parts.. Not customizing alr since lta so strict..

1.Level the seat. Get the seat shop to chop the pillion part to be leveled with the rider seat. (Blk 46 bendemeer rd)

2. Maybe change to drag bar. Shld be ok. There was a forummer selling drag bars for rxk/ cg. (Or scrapyard)

3. Or if forks the same size as rxz, can use clip-ons and remove the bars/ risers. (Sure can get clip ons from scrapyard, got my cbr ones for my cafe racer from scrapyard)
