First Motor? Better read riders' experiences with them before dealing lah bro. Niwei, there's a cg125 on sale (I think) along geylang road motorbike shop. The shop is next to Guthrie building along that road (between Still Road and geylang).

do you guys go to scrapyards and find the parts and diy or ask a mech to fix them? or go to shops and tell them the design you have in mind?

Start with opening the seat to check if the frame is flat to fit the rad seat. Hehehehe

Going scrapyard is akin to Forrest Gump and his box of chocolate. U'll never know what u get. And u must know what u want and able to recognize the parts at the yard as well.

 

Best to have an idea what u want first. Then u'll know if u need to do customising or it'll be a simple replacement of parts.

 

Picture 1 easily DIY. Picture 2 consperm guarantee plus chop will need professional help.

i'm going for pic 1 looks... so i assume i only need change handle bars and seat?

 

maybe respray the bike to cream and get a brown seat

 

1 more thing.. is dual headlights legal? hardly see any image of cafe racer with 2 headlights

Got my cafe racer seat from a cm125 for the long fender set up. Got from scrapyard. Cafe racer seat hump was made from aluminium and the hump was cut from a tank. Niwei, the rad look won't summon so easily unless inspection lah, that's why bike mod must be reversible or as ah pek as possible. Hehehehehe

 

 

Ah pek cafe racer super 4. My ex. Will attract TP/LtA attention meh? Hell it passed inspection without question. Hahahahahaha

And please use a flat seat. The rear part of the gn quite high and to make the seat hump will not be nice imho.
