Dear oldschool/vintage bikes owners out there, I'm actually looking for a bike and one of my probable options is one vintage/oldschool bike. I have a 2A licence but b'cos of budget and what I found out from bro Marco, it is quite unlikely for me to own one '2A' vintage bike like CB350......

 

 

I realised that there are still a few CB175 around locally and would like to seek advice from all the learned owners out there.

 

Would finding spare parts of CB175 be as difficult as CB350?

When viewing for a CB175, what kinda of things do I look out for?

CB175 is a four stroker rite?

Are there still bike shops ard who know how to service or repair a CB175?

How's the fuel consumption of a CB175?

Would the insurance premium be higher for a vintage bike like CB175?

Would finance company be willing to loan for an old bike like CB175?

What is the unsual problems of a vintage bike or CB175?

Me again!

I think Vintage bike is more like a weekend bike.

CB175 not much running on singapore road.

CB175 part is quite hard to find too(as long as 'vintage' then part is hard to find)

CB175 is four stroker.

fuel consumption not sure..

insurance premium about 300 or more?(my CB350 is $350++).

Think no finance company be willing to give loan for an Vintage bike (if you do find one, pls let me know).

unsual problems of a vintage bike is part hard to find, even find the part also have to pay very high price...

The new W400 is out at MAH.OTR about 15k.look like w650 also but is a 400cc bike.. more power pack!
