As there is a growing number of new member, It time for a next DIY session for hazard. Hazard is a essential thing we need on the road. the wiring is simple and yet doesn't void the warranty of the bike as no orignal cable is being touched.

 

For our beloved Pulsar, Hazard light that common done by other workshop, need to on the switch followed by signal light inorder to activate the hazard light. which is not ideal in any way. The one that we'll be installing is direct. Hazard light can be activate thru only one switch.

 

We need to know how many member want to fix this hazard light inorder to confirm the date and location. Also, our R&D need to go for purchase the part needed. P180 and P200 is welcome.

 

This is a non-profit DIY session. The aim is to equip our pulsar to have a better safety equipment when on the road.

Tacho dies....One reason could be ur battery connections not good(corrosion or sumthing)

Can grease the terminals....

 

Urs UG3??? Thats stock speed and rpm.......

Change the rear sprocket smaller if urs is 40ish teeth..Pls make dentist appointment first...hehe

 

Hi, sorry for the typo, its the fuel gauge, not oil gauge. as for the tacho prob, can i ask the mech to do it for me, rather ask someone qualified.

 

and yes, mine is a UG3, so 80kph at 7rpm is stock speed, hmm.. so is changing the rear sprocket the only way to make my bike cruise faster? when u say dentist apt u mean to find out whts my rear sprocket size?

alot of pple horning n flashing me with high beam cos i was still happily riding...

Will update once i get the thing fixed.

Tis is wat i learned. in terms of rank, battlax is top. but actually both are nearly the same(i tink). well dunlop is not bad at all. if u have extra cash n want better quality, den go 4 battlax. if not , dunlop is fine.

 

i bot front n bck battlax tyres, cost me around 180 with labour charge at UM.

 

oh ya, by d way, battlax is excelent at corners. ive tried it. hehehe... mayb dunlop is also same??
