Alvin i can't find which page that time u type the protec stuff alrdy. Lol. Wanna do some read up see whether want to invest not. Haha.

Any reccomendations for higher power n same FC.

Cos since installin sinnobs i think my fc became worse. Will try to find out the actual FC ASAP

Second, said give 2 more days.

 

Third, say prev owner lost it. Call back next day.

 

Fourth, said he will try to get a replacement cert from i dunno where. Asked to call next week.

 

Fifth(today), said again prev owner lost it and he will give me a stock cb400 pipe.

 

Completely ridiculous. The amount i paid for a version S which was claimed 'legal with cert'.

In the end the cert not even in their hands. And want to give me a stock pipe?

All i know i paid for a bike that comes with a blueflame and cert.

Will see how it goes.

can you contact LTA to check if you can get the cert from them?

think since the bike transfer under your name the pipe should be under your name also right?

Was reading a couple of posts here about your problem, from what I understand, you need to go back to BF distributor to register the change then go LTA to effect the change, total damage is around $110.00.

 

$50 to BF distributor for admin fee &

$53.50 to LTA.

 

Not too bad if you can effectively transfer it. Also gathered that LTA should have pictures of your exhaust in their system. So if it was a registered pipe, you shouldn't have to worry so much. Just need to record it with them and effect the transfer of ownership.

 

The BF distributor should have or should be able to make a copy of the cert for you. The cert/exhaust follows the bike to new owner if its a registered pipe.

nope..bike ownership n pipe different certificate. as long as u have e cert for e pipe..u dun have to go lta juz to transfer e pipe to somebody else if u wana sell e pipe onli..so its a time thing

blueflame distributor is quite close to southern actuali..depot road close to cmpb..along a row of shophouses..hope this helps
