to all of u out there, whoever u r or watever u r, today i went 2 jb 2 checkout d new customs, n of cos, went der to cut hair, makan, buy ps2 game, chill n topup fuel.

 

the new customs willl be officialy open on dec 15/16. the road????? A LOT OF BENDS N CORNERS!! anyone wants 2 train corners, DAT PLACE IS GD 4 U!!

 

hell, i nearly got an accident wen cornering on a sharp bend.im not skilled enough, hehehhe. the place is "hilly." so many hills, it goes upwards all d way. be careful wen going der.

 

for now, the old customs is still in use. only dat after ur passport is stamped, u will be heading to d new customs, just passing by only. d area dats near d exit is closed if u know wat i mean. just folo d freaking road n hav fun cornering d bends. :smooch:

careful guys. i rather train my cornering in sg than in malaysia. if anything happen, it's either you stay at their hospital or pass through singapore customs injured. i know their bends are lovely. hell i was even tempted to corner through their lovely new roads a few days back but was raining so safety comes first.

Singapore Bajaj Team DIY Session (Hazard Light)

 

 

Date : 21th DEC 08

 

Time : 11AM

As there is a growing number of new member, It time for a next DIY session for hazard. Hazard is a essential thing we need on the road. the wiring is simple and yet doesn't void the warranty of the bike as no orignal cable is being touched.

 

For our beloved Pulsar, Hazard light that common done by other workshop, need to on the switch followed by signal light inorder to activate the hazard light. which is not ideal in any way. The one that we'll be installing is direct. Hazard light can be activate thru only one switch.

 

We need to know how many member want to fix this hazard light inorder to confirm the date and location. Also, our R&D need to go for purchase the part needed. P180 and P200 is welcome.

 

This is a non-profit DIY session. The aim is to equip our pulsar to have a better safety equipment when on the road.

went to jb yesterday, only one thing to say, inconvenient sey. best to do everything you want in jb asap then go as seldom as possible. upside is that you can now pump v-power, a big difference from F-1.

none is in the toolbag given only the + screwdriver is.

u will need at least 1 size 10 socket wrench to open the head cowling.

The others are secondary.

Hi, did u checked on your battery? Has it gone flat? Coz mine went flat after 1 week didn't ride bike. i also "can hear electric sound but no cranking sound".. But after kicking starting several times, bike able to start..

ya i think so. checked liao. because the horn also need press very long then got sound lol. but guess wad my luck didn't change.. i so stupid until i from home ride until UM then remember one thing. UM today never open $(@*#@

e bends are really sharp. i saw a kup's sidestand buah the road until got sparks... got 1 bend nid to really slow down until like 10+20+ km/h .

 

queue no diff cos stamping same custom. we only ride pass the new custom of which they claim is to let us "familiarise" the new custom.

 

 

anw I went e msia makan session w nemesis n others. great trip, indeed makan shoik shoik.

OEM or aftermarket suspension wan?

 

never get the original suspension it cost $112 per piece. Got something cheaper it is only single shaft and $65 per pair.
