I just got my bike last 2 weeks. Mileage is end of 18K++, more than 2 yr old... The bike is great. So far very good feel. The fastest speed I go up to is 100km/h along old tampinese road on Monday while going to tampinese Ikea... Did not try to push my bike further as I just got my license during Dec.

Date: 11/1/09

Destination : Melaka

Time gathering at Singapore: 7am (Jalan Ahamad Ibrahim Shell station)

Time of moving off to GP esso: 730am ( to avoid jam at 2nd link at 8am)

Time of departure from GP esso : 830am

 

Estimate max speed of traveling: 110KMpH

Estimate Time of Traveling: 3hours (based on 80kmph)

Estimate Number of rest stop: 3 ( Machap, Pagoh and Ayer keroh)

Estimate Distance between each stop: 60 -70 Km

Estimate Time of Arrival at Melaka : 1130am

Estimate Time of Departure from Melaka: 1630hrs

Estimate time of arrrival at GP esso from Melaka : 1930hrs

 

We will be having a estimate time of 5 hours of OTOT at Melaka town

 

Thing to take note

1) Ensure you bike is in proper working condition

2) Check Tire pressure

2) Enough Engine Oil

3) Enough Sleep

 

Thing to brings (share amount the riders)

1) Tire repair kit ( for tubeless tires)

2) spare tube (for those who using stock tires)

3) 2x spark plug

4) First Aid

5) portable Air Pump

6) tool bag

 

Thing to wear:

Proper gear is a must during the trip. Gloves, long pants, shoes and proper helmet. Those wearing slipper, short pants will be turn back.

bro, can share wat mod hav u done to achieve tis speed? mine open full throttle can oni hit 115km/h on down slope somemore... sigh oso wat ur fc like....

Usually 1 full tank can last me to ard 710-730km then reserve kicks in.

Some of my internal stuff not the same. u muz first understand what is the need for ur external sprocket ratio. then will the combination of other things then u can get the best out of ur bike.

I see if i free 1 2 sit down calculate and see what is the max i can achieve. 130km/h is inclusive of safety factor. I think with serious time n calculation added in 150km/h can be achieved also.

the rider makes a huge difference also. lindavw is stick thin and super light weight!

im only 175 ard 66-70kg.

usually no pillions cos my bike is tuned to cater for myself only.

muz take into consideration that the max torque for 180 is at 8.5k rm and for 200 is 8kprm if im not wrong.

simple stuff are plugs, EO and sprocket.

UM website states that both p180 and p200 peaks at 8k rpm. and both max torque is 6k rpm

 

however, p180 translates to 12.28kw and p200 translate to 13.25kw.. no idea what this means.. whats kw? kilowatt?

yeah loh..

 

to me.. im very happy that my bike can travel at 100 comfortably.. and can hit 110+ when i want to without the bike sounding like its coming apart.

he's not stick thin and super light weight yet la, he is quite acceptable build. u never see real life stick man before? haha...
