that time who got the shaking box effect ah? and how do u solve it? mine shaking and getting noisy liao.

 

 

rear box you mean? ...

mine... one of the mechanic at UM put layers of sponge/foam in between the box and the rack plate ... so far ok ok

Just went back to UM, they help me to change new front wheel bearings and a good condition brake disk on the front right. Front end problem solve .

for my case was the space b/w the box and the rack.

hence, I DIY paste some paper on the rack so it can close the gap

it helps for me =)

 

but its certainly a super poorly done job.... anyhow paste black tape on paper LOL! when take out box looks super ugly! ( but who cares?!)

i think my rack and space got space? so when on the move, the box can vibrate....

nono.. i dun mean installing extra fan.

i mean DIY a switch to control when u on and off the fan. cos what i heard is when the fan on, the temperature is already too high.

 

so when u stop at traffic junction or what, you manually on the fan, so temperature not that high yet, dissipate heat faster, so u wont feel so hot?

 

Ya S4 got radiator fan. u can install 1 switch to manually on the fan. last time my S4 oso got 1 such switch. very ez to DIY one.

 

OK, can try that. But I also can try to adjust the themostat so it will turn on even at low temp (less wire plus switch).

But it will be hard to judge what temp to turn it on and not sure if the themostat can be adjusted .

Some P200 can also install fan if your ride is too "hot" ha ha ha....

 

maybe u can try checking urself.. by spining ur front wheel and use two fingers to feel both side on one brake dics.. but 1stly ur bike must have main stand. if not diff to do that

 

Ha ha ha Spec 1 no main stand :cry:.

Without main stand hard to do a lot of checks on others stuff, eg EO, front brake, oil chain ... :cry:

I go straight to Micheal, bearings changed are new, the brake disk is used one but in good condition la.

A new brake disk cost a lot and don't think its fair for them to change new one for me for free.

Yes, for free since I got the bike from them just a few days back. And I paid full cash (loan from family ).

Yes, I'm thinking of that. The scottoiler is an chain oiling device that auto drip oil to the chain when your bike engine is running and its link to the engine.

If I'm not wrong our bike's engine don't have the part that it can connect to, so we need to DIY.

But DIY means that we need to manually pump or push oil on to the chain or else it drip non-stop.

Need to come out with a ball bearing devices that will allow oil to drip by using the vibration of our bike when its running.

for my ride some change to honda thermostat so that it trick the fan to on earlier.

for the box problem, 1st u take out ur box and see whether inside the mounting bracket got any loose screw anot.. if have den tighten it.. if not, its spoilt... if not spoilt, u just change the box baa.. if dun wan the box, throw away lor.. if everything aso dun wan, den take out everything and give me.. soo simple... hehe

yesh. I further confirm planet motors at ubi. The boss really know his stuff and the fees there are very reasonable. But do take note that the waiting time might be long too. I usually go servicing took half a day one... too many bikers there...
