ohh but seriously ah boy mechanic I think not tat good. firstly they take very long to do, 2nd if they dunno how to assemble they will juz anyhow fix it .....like sometime u will see extra hole out of no where. bike accessories can buy from them but when come to fixing lotsa bad review for them, even most of my frenz dont realli ask ah boy's mechanic to fix on their bike as they have bad experience from them. just my 2c

i'll GIVE them to you if you can get me a good monokey e45. without the rack, but of course. i'd reckon those on your bike can still be used?

Is it the one on the left side of engine with a tube coming out?

I had mine repaired at UM, no leaking after that, can't remember price. Maybe not more then S$20 or less.

Hi guyss juz checking pulsar 180 and 200 whats the diff?, does 200cc have better FC? or bigger tank? since its more expensive which features makes it more ex? greater speed? greater acceleration? thanks.

in the first few posts there are info on the different versions of pulsars

maybe you can read those

 

the fuel tank is the same size

the outlook for the new 180 UG4 is almost the same as the 200

200 has sensors to detect some of the common problems like batt voltage low, air filter etc.

200 is oil cooled 180 is air cooled

roughly is like that ba

huh ur bro say 90 ar. i normal on highway go 100 leh. Just remember our bike is Good in FC not speed loh, if wan speed then pulsar not the bike liao.

 

Power still can if sprocket is 43 teeth but u change to 38 teeth the power drop a bit. But if ur light u won't feel the power drop.

 

O by the way singapore highway also cannot be that fast later TP come after u.

Haha means changing the sprocket to 38 will end up faster speed? or what abit blur.. Coz last time my bro ride those fast bike mah.. btw 100km the rev meter red already is it?

bro marco, setting for front 15 rear 37 spockets = 100km/h rpm 7, 113km/h rpm 8. no, this speed havent reach red line which is rpm 9. im talking abt P180. pickup not too bad, not too good. dis setting is meant for cruising of 100km/h or more on d highway. any faster, buy other bike. if u wana buy P180, get the UG4, the better version of UG3.

Ladies n gentlemen,

 

Anymore keen participant for the paint ball session? If no more I may close the entire event. Cos me n O'ren need to pay a deposit to secure the event. If interest is not there pls sound out. I would like to hear from all. The deposit is not cheap, so is not a nice thing to play.

 

And Nemesis is suggesting to collect partial amount for this event first due to the high cost that the organiser r paying. Any comment or suggestion on this? I hope everyone would give a comment bout this issue as this will definetly help us to plan for this event. I seriously cannot gauge wat is the excitement level of everyone regarding this event.

they gain money. we loose money. if u wana keep this bike for very long time, i suggest u buy first hand. if 2nd hand, get a FBA or FBB plate. i understand wat u going through. i change the spocs n chain 1 set in JB.

We will be having a paintball session at Bottle Tree Park, 81 Lorong Chencharu (Yishun). Date: 20th February 2010. (2 yrs b4 2012...) Timing to be further confirm.

 

By Car - Enter along Sembawang Road into Lorong Chencharu and follow the road signs.

By MRT - Alight at Khatib MRT and walk along Yishun Road, we are located opposite Yishun Stadium. 10 minutes walk from the MRT.

By Bus - Bus stops directly outside The Bottle Tree Park, alight at Yishun Ave 2. Services 39, 85, 851, 852, 853, 854, 855, 857, 858, 965 and 969.

i think pulsar will be a wrong bike if you want to ride that fast

is either speed or fuel consumption

This is especially correct. Compare this to a KIPS...its has the speed but half the FC. You wanna spend your life paying for fuel and speed that you do not need?

 

Singapore roads do not require more that 110km/h on highways and 70km/h on normal roads even at night.

Yup.. speed is not what i'm looking for. as long as i'm able to hit 110km i think is good le.. That is why i am thinking of making the sprocket thingy.

Pulsar has the speed and also the FC... But pls dun forget that Pulsar also has the maintenance cost to worry about... Ride fast repair fast.
