no probs man. i've been in accident before, claims settled by UM. then my bro kena accident also, now in the process of claiming, haha, so learnt about all this during that time.

 

if the driver tries to claim from you, your insurance company will likely contact you to inform you of the claims and what they're intending to do. or you may get a letter from the other party's lawyer, normally a few mths later. if you kena the letter, forward to your insurance company.

 

for all bros, advice is to print out a few copies of the NTUC private settlement form and stash under your seat. you don't have to be NTUC in order to use it. can still be used to prove that private settlement has been carried out, just that for NTUC you can send it to them for them to automatically reject claims. for other insurers, just hang on to it, or can try sending to the insurance co. it's a legal document after all.

 

if wanna be kiasu, get 2 other ppl hanging around to be witness, take down their mobile numbers and names and get them to sign at the bottom of the paper too. like that, if the other fella try to dispute n say that you forced him to sign, you can get the witnesses to say that it's not true. this is my understanding. any bros with legal experience pls confirm?

 

oh, and do remember to collect cash on the spot. or if the guy wanna give cheque, state the cheque number on the settlement form, in case the cheque bounce. if he no money or cheque to pay immediately, add a few more lines, stating payment not yet affected. tell the other fella that when he pays you'll state payment receipt and date on the forms.

if not, then try to get the fella to sign off that no party shall claim one another! there are 2 options on the form.

I can get it slightly cheaper, price dependhng on number of pcs being ordered... Fr my personal experience bike will b smoother/lighter n mileage increase a bit abt 50-60km more, bt pls dun expect 2hp increase or 10% increase in mileage tis kind of results...

 

Regarding wat u wana to mod? Ask urself, u wan a smoother ride/better pickup/better topend or improve fuel efficiency?

i don't mind long de

as long as is comfortable when riding

the P200 is quite rare to find 2nd hand

cos it is still relatively new in singapore

maybe you can try the garage sale section or drop by UM to see if they have any

Haha alvin the glove stiff or not?? coz i used my bro's one with knuckle protection in BBDC den totally no feeling one sia den i quickly change back to the durian gloves.. so wonder if it will feel weird not.
