wonder if there are cobra pipe for shadow sold locally?

Still thinking if i should install saddlebag, cuz it will be more difficult in cleaning the bike and rear wheels, i am going for simple and clean looks. Anyway, so far saddlebag from ah koon seems to be the best quality, therefore most likely i will get from him.

Thinking of installing windshield, but not sure where to relocate the IU.

Will also install crashbar, believe it will make the bike looks even bigger :D

And also i have checked with daredreamer, they are selling the chrome shadow radiator cover for SGD85. Most likely will get it fixed tmr :D

bro, what is white sidewall tires insert? is it a side wall sticker for tires?

sorry for noob question :shy:

No problem buddy.

Yes. They're made of thin, flat rubber and you attach them to the side of your bike tire. Its secured between the tire and the lip of your rim. It's like putting a big white O ring to both sides of your tire. Looks pretty cool. Volkswagen used to do this on their Beetle in the 50's, 60's and 70's. In fact, those old VW inserts will fit the rear tire of the ACE because the rim size is 15". They're still selling those VW tire inserts abroad. But if you want a complete set, you can find replicas in Thailand.

The downside of tire inserts are when you get a flat tire, the inserts start to ripple or peel off since it's not round anymore. Also, when you change tires, the inserts don't stick so well as the first time.

Maybe you can try Daydreamer if they have white side wall inserts or can order for you. Maybe some forumers here know where to get some.

If you want original tires with wihite side walls, you can get hold of Avon or Metzelers. Kinda expensive though.

Alternatively can buy white wall tire paint..... i wanna do that ... wanan share????

Initially wanted to get the inserts also.. but some guy was telling me in the event the thing comes out and gets caught in the rims/ fork..etc... hmmmm dun koe wat will happen.....

but ya... koe a guy that used it for a year at least.. no issues......

Yes bro. I heard about the paint option. The only feedback I have is that it tends to chip off in time.

is it normal wall paint or specialised paint only for rubber? I quite worry of my clumsiness, i may accidentally painted onto the rims as well :cheeky:

but bro adriel, please let me know if u are doing it..i hope i can see how it is done :)

white tires insert seems neater, but will it be expensive? definitely wont change new pair of white sidewall tires cuz my current tires are still quite new. :)

ya... thinkin abt it... but bike will be decommission for at leat a week... to make sure the paint adhere to it.......

seems relatively simple to do...... was thinkin i do it when it is time to get new tyres... then... at least no down time

Still waiting for my kuryakyn grip to arrive...postal mail really take a very long time.. :(

But debit to your card takes them just minutes. Hahaha

I'm waiting too for my custom made fender tips.

I just tried to have them fabricated here. The back is done and installed.

I had to fabricate a new plate no. bracket so that the plates are higher

and you can see the rear fender tip. Now, just waiting for the front.

Will post pics soon.

Anybody wired hazard light on their Shadow?

Looking for some tips on which wire to tap from the switch to the signals.

Not really keen to strip the bike & start tracing wires. haha.

Finally got it installed.

Front and rear fender tips plus a new rear plate no. bracket.

The front tip was fabricated because the original was so expensive.

Glad it turned out okay.

At last, seat rail for my stock solo seat.

Always wanted to have one but could'nt find an original.
