black and white(lawyer letter) for COI of bike

I planning to let go off my bike (COI) but im unsure about the lawyer letter (black and white).

Anyone who seek lawyer before regarding this can help?

Does anyone has any idea who and where should i go to?

Some Community Clubs offer free lawyers advice once a month.

You can apply for it if your can meet the income criteria.

paperwork that will protect you in case anything happens... Example: Outstanding fines not paid by 2nd rider?

 

But im not sure if any letter can protect you in case you are being sue if the sub rider nv pay for the monthly installment and the bike being towed back

i think best is owner buy NON rider insurance and e buyer buy ridin insurance.. like tat will be clear who committed e offence etc..

tats e main point , plus if add sub rider , no doubt is e buyer pay for whole of insurance . but wat if "touch wood" kanna accident , ppl claim e owner insurance and e owner must pay for e premier ?tats y prefer to be safe den sorry ba

and besides, i thought bike shops allow the transfer of ownership as long as the new owner makes a downpayment of 3 months of installment in advance to the bike shop?

my previous bike still under my name but fully paid by new owner . . trouble keep coming example need pass him his fine and so on .. now insurance almost up and still must fix time pass him renewal/inspection letter =/

Not all bike shops have the 3 months thingy. Some will want you to reloan the full amount.

what if i just want to type out a letter myself with a header letter of agreement and below all the terms and condition with both parties sign + both parties's witness sign.

 

in case of anything happen.... can the letter be use in court?

most important is d buyer is trustworthy,,, else legal signed paper also no use..cos go thru hassle of lawsuit..
