GH3 is what game? I was just looking around not for anything in particular. Usual bunch of offers for cameras, notebooks, printers etc which I am totally not inerested in.

 

Maybe end of this year's show (in December) will see me getting one big-ticket item, though I don't know yet what it will be.

 

guitar hero 3. can't miss it, its got a guitar.... the demo very fun, even my wife enjoyed it.

 

anyway i might be going pc show this aftnn. hope i can find both marvel and guitar there....

Now spending lots of time on NG2. Path of the Warrior. My friend on Acolyte completed the game in 10 hours. I have spent 2 hours on it and am only at level 3. Warrior level is tough!

NG1 n NG2, which one is better?

Dey... NG2 lah... But try playing NG1 first so you can grasp the storyline. Also can polish up your skills in NG1 before progressing to NG2, which is a lot tougher (in Warrior mode).

NG1 n NG2 is like not related much leh. its all about fiends. i do agree that the graphic n action, NG2 is good. n with new moves n attack, easier to play compared to NG1

 

but ninja gaiden sigma oso not bad. graphic n can play the character rachel as well.

 

anyway, i haven't complete NG2 so cannot comment much about the game.

Hmm... is NG Sigma compatible with X360? I haven't played it yet. I have only completed the Original NG. Ninja Gaiden Black and Sigma I didn't try at all...

i tried all. they all have the same story line. ninja gaiden black, with the different difficulty level, the enemies r different. n completing the game will unlock missions for us to complete. n of cos with every difficulty completed, n new costume is unlocked. sigma, everything also about the same. only that we can get to play the character rachel. i have yet to complete sigma thou.

 

ninja gaiden sigma only on PS3. i played it at my friend's place.

aiyah funan have ah?! xbox360? i went pc show and possibly got the last copy of marvel in singapore. i searched a lot of places, gh3 only have the game, the guitar controller bundle all sold out including online, ended up buying gh3 and play wif controller dam shd have popped over funan

 

btw anybody know if they'll sell me just the guitar w/out the game?

Rarely and harldy seen any shops selling just the guitar, but you could wait for the upcoming release of guitar hero:aerosmith its a bundle includes the guitar for the xbox360.fyi the guitar could play any guitar hero titles GH1,GH2 or GH3.Date of release im not too sure:thumb:

Hi bros. I know where to get GH3 bundle. VivoCity got one game shop just outside of the pet lovers centre. I went there a week ago and found that they have 02 bundles left at $148 each if I'm not mistaken. I wanted to get one but wifey said "hell, no!"lol

 

I think i saw a bundle GH3 at parkway parade basement too.

 

Now awaiting Ace Combat 6 from a fellow bro there. Exchanging GTA4 with Euro2008 for temporary play with a colleague. and I'm restarting NG2 (already at Chapter 7) because I missed out on a few crystal skulls and lives of the thousand gods in earlier chapters. Damn.

new stock must have come in. 2 weeks ago vivo was one of the locations i scoured for gh3 bundle, and there wasn any.

 

anyway, gh: aerosmith release date is brought forward to end of this month and gh: metallica has been confirmed to be released in fiscal '09

download the demo off xbox live and try. the demo quite fun. not trying to sell koyok (in this case my game disc), but the demo worth a try at least.

Wow... I tried GH3 demo last night and was having fun rocking to pat benatar and scorpions!

I've played the demo.

In terms of graphic and minute detail, COD4 still rocks. Period.

 

But in all-round multiplayer gameplay, BF may have the upper hand in that the playing field is much much bigger.

In COD4, a sniper is more of a fast shoot-&-scoot. Camp somewhere and then move.

In BF, a sniper can really take his time and stalk his target. Find a proper cover, take out target and then move silently.

Also, combined arms is a major draw in BF.

 

COD4 rocks in terms of tactical battle. No qualms there.

BF is more on a grander strategic scale.

i'm a fan of rock music, but i was skeptical coz wat the hell is so fun about tapping buttons? i oso donno why i'm hooked.

 

if you're gonna get the bundle, i suggest the aerosmith bundle coz the guitar has a special aerosmith face plate. the controller itself is the same gibson les paul. then can buy gh3 from me heh heh

hi desewer saw you posting at bob asking where to get the local gh3 bundle. fyi i bought mine at IMM best denki for 160 last sunday. mind you, 2 weeks ago i searched everywhere, including pc show and this very same best denki, all sold out. in fact, i went best denki coz i planne to buy gh2 bundle with guitar and then wait for aerosmith to get a second guitar. thats where i found out new stock had come in, and turns out now they sold out on gh2 bundle.

 

but i still think better wait to get the super cool aerosmith guitar. according to sites, its release date is june 29.

I checked gameshop.com.sg and the release date for the Aerosmith bundle is end of August???

 

Anyway, I am 2nd in reserve for someone's used GH3 bundle @ $90... if the first buyer backs out then I'm next in line.

Looking at the lag rate we have with a detailed game like COD4, we know a compromise have to be reached somewhere.

Tried the game last nite with a fren. Not bad. But the lag was rather a damper.

And you're right. Its best to have a big group that you know to join in. Easier to coordinate attacks at squad-level.

Otherwise the lag was kind of a damper.

 

Still, had some good moments defending my gold crate. 3 sniper kills in a row against onrushing attackers before switching to pistols for up-close & personal mopping up.
