i-Mobile 310 Help!!

Anyone using i-Mobile 310? I have some problems with my i-mobile, can you kindly teach mi how to resolve the problem? I am receiving smses, receiving phone calls, making my outgoing calls, but i cant send out my outgoing smses. i have checked my settings with starhub but there's no problem with the settings, that means its the phone itself. i tried adding +65 to the numbers, or using 65 in front, or taking +65 away and only key in the mobile number. nothing seems to work.. read the manual but it did not mention anything about sending msges.. can someone please please please teach mi what to do to make it work?
