There is no such thing as unofficial parking lots. If it a public pavement, you've to face the fact that you will be summon anytime. I also had been summoned there before. Of course I'm not so happy about it but decided to try my luck to appeal. It failed and I just pay. FYI, those parking on the grass patch/soil can only be summoned by NEA guys. Heard it is more costly than pavement. Those parking on pavement can only be summoned by police or TP. Those normal parking warden can only summon vehicle on parking lots or parked illegally on road side, etc double yellow line.

 

then what happen if you park the bike half on the grass patch and the other half on the pavement? sometimes the authorities are drawing the line so clearly, i wonder if they did fine us in this case, can we appeal it to half the fine? :lol:

 

i also got summoned opposite the grand cathay.

saturday night also 21/6. SIAN. see you guys likedat say i dont think i should go appeal.

i even thought of going to find MP one but think i can save the trip liao.

cos most probably sure tio rejected one.

lan lan have to pay!

 

woah... i was there last night too. but luckily i parked at PS.

yah bro i know that. but is quite a distance to walk from there to cathay or ps.

i was at orchard on a weekend.. wanted to park at the open carpark behind borders.. wait and wait but no space to park.. decided to park in front of my friend's car.. i made sure i was very close to it so as not to block the cars beside his.. but got summon $25.. what i realised was those bikes that parked at the pavement in front of the bike lots was not summoned..

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

why didnt u guys park at hotel rendezvous carpark? Is it expensive?

yup ps free parking .. wao guys i didnt noe that the grand cathy so not welcome bikers de .. thought their service not bad so go there see movie thats y i find it funny how come ps can have free motorcycle parking but grand cathy don have so cheap skate next time don wan support the grand cathy liao go amk hub see better at least got free parking:cheeky: :cheers:
