Dude,

I suggest you settle this once & for all by going to the M'sian immigration & admitting to them your mistake. It'll be worrying for you if you don't. Just tell them it was your first time in.

 

Plus, don't ever try to enter like the M'sian riders, without stamping/endorsing their passports. Occasionally, they will conduct their own Ops. I venture into JB regularly & have seen numerous occasions when several S'pore bikes were stopped for ignoring the long S'pore queue and not having their passports endorsed.

all right then... i was still thinking of going in regularly for top up. look like i have to pump in sg or get my dad to ride in for me then. wait till next year change passport or my butt itchy then act blur and take a risk in.

i say, how i know? hahah (and they start talking to me about politics)

and they say if again this thing happen, i cannot come it.

my passport going to reach 10 years already. chop or no chop, i also have to change a new passport this dec...

 

I made a trip to the Malaysia Embassy thou I know was of no use.

 

To the other newbies who went in Malaysia and if unluckily, faced the same problem as me, here is the solution.

 

The proper way to handle this is to go back to Malaysia within 1 month (social visit allow up to 30 days of visit). I was told by the staff there, that after clearing SG custom, proceed to MY immigration office.

 

Talk nicely to the officer there and explain to them what happen, why never get chop. The staff emphasize TALK NICELY to them alot of times.

 

After that, should be as what f.zi mentioned. They will keep a record in their system then write something on ur chop.

 

That should solve the problem, but if you catch them when their greedy mode is on, i think some coffee money would do a great help here.

 

Hope this can help others who are in doubt.

happened to myself and my family before. the solution is actually very simple. go thru the customs back to malaysia as per normal. After chop the Singapore stamp, reach the malaysia customs, talk to the officer very nicely, say u r sorry, never check the passport for stamp, is my responsibility, worship him like he's your sugar daddy, ask him not to chop entry. never ever say that they are at fault. after ok liao, just clear customs to SG as per normal.

 

Most officers just want to be humoured, treated like a god once in a while, without the need to walk out of the air-con cubicle.

Always check and look at them when their are holding ur passport.They normally chop if u look at them.When u get ur passport,check again.

everyone park on the pavement don't make the pavement legal to park. If one fine day TP deliver ang bao, curse and swear, some can even find it "logical" to complain against the summon.

Apparently, I ever "Hiong" before. Went in to JB...I did get it chopped. Come out that time, the queue was freaking LONG....joined the Q for few mins... after few mins, cant take it liao... then i just rode towards Sg customs without chopping.

 

Ultimately, its kinda risky. but the Q, was like Oh my God... go in also jam, come out even worse!!!

Advise u not to... they will give u **** and Bull story.

After the other time, i did went in again.. they dont check, or dun bother to check at all...

no problem 1 la.... i kena b4 didnt realise it till after a few weeks n other entry/exits. the "on" msia kastam flip to previous page n ask me wher out chop for that.i say dunno. jus go office, the officer talk talk i nvr even make a sad face. she jus say nxt time be more alert. n said the more important 1 is the entry chop. cn cause go lokap n fine. but red chop is noting wan. n wan waste ur time go msia embassy? no need la...
